Description: Budgets are an estimate of income and expenditures for a set period of time. They are the basis for every Condominium’s financial health. The responsibility to create budgets and set common expenses belongs to the Board of Directors. Expected operating costs, contributions to the reserve fund under the Reserve Fund Study Plan, and fees as a result of the changes to the condominium legislation are all taken into account when creating the budget. The budget is prepared well in advance of the start of a fiscal year and Budget Notice, along with the second Periodic Information Certificate, is provided to the Owners.
