Bill Merrylees, Dectective Superintendent, Commander of the Criminal Investigation Division
Detective Superintendent Bill Merrylees has been a member of the London Police Service in Canada for 34 years and is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
He is currently the Commander of the Criminal Investigation Division and his career has included homicide investigation, incident command, patrol operations and internal investigations.
Superintendent Merrylees is the CEO and President of the Can-Am Police-Fire Games Federation for North America, and is a Vice-President for the International Police Sports Union (USIP) located in Kuwait City.
In 2013, Superintendent Merrylees was awarded the Exemplary Police Service Medal from the Canadian Solicitor General for 30 years of service and in 2012 he was awarded the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for his community service.
